  • How do I contact snatchadeal.co.nz?

  • Where are you based?

    We have a distribution warehouse based in Auckland

  • How do I join and does it cost anything to join?

    Registering/creating an account with snatchadeal.co.nz is absolutely free and easy to do.  Just click "Register Now" button on the home page, enter your details and click on "submit" Register Now

  • I missed out on a product, can I still buy it?

    Yes. go to the Missed Deals Section or the same product may come up for sale again and if you register with us, you can find out what's coming in advance.  Register Now

  • Why are there limits on how much I can buy?

    To ensure everyone has a chance at getting a great deal, we may impose limits on how many you can buy.

  • Can my order be traced?

    Yes, once your order has left us we will e-mail you the track and trace number for you to track the delivery

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    No we do not. New Zealand Couriers require signatures for all deliveries.

  • When will I get my order?

    Courier
    Courier packages require a signature; therefore please ensure that someone is able to sign for the delivery between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm for a Street Address or 8:30am-5:00pm for a Business address. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery.

    An order should be received within 3-5 working days, however, if you placed an order over the weekend or public holiday it will not be processed until the next working day. Please allow an additional 2-6 days if you live at a rural/South Island address.

  • Are all your products new?

    Yes, unless otherwise stated, all our products are brand new in the packet/box and come with the manufacturers or 12month return-to-base warranty.

  • Will you offer a product for sale more than once?

    If there is demand and we can source the stock then we may offer it again, although we cannot guarantee it will be at the same price.

  • When do I get to see the deals?

    Up to 21 new deals are offered at 11am every day and will remain on sale until 11:00am the following day, unless sold out prior.  However, if you register with us, you will get a daily VIP e-mail letting you know what deals are on the way.  Register Now

  • How do I update my details?

    After you've "logged in" to the snatchadeal website, click on "update my details".  Once you've made your changes, click on the "submit" button.  A message will pop up on screen once your records have been updated.  For security reasons, you cannot edit all fields.

  • Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your website?

    Yes, shopping on the snatchadeal.co.nz website is safe.  When you buy from us your credit card details are encrypted.  We also do not store any credit card information.
